OIA Scholarship Fundraising 2015

Photo: Congrats to everyone, and all of us. on a highly successful fundraising night. Thanks for everyone for their time and contribution to this cause. The outcome has exceeded all our expectations. We've made a history for a Scholarship Fund group by raising a record amount of dollars at one event. Considering this event felt a bit rushed, was rescheduled several times over the past 5 months, and got squeezed among all other priorities and other events, this has been an enormous success. We can now have even more ambitious goal for next year. 50K in 2016!

It was a great evening and we were able to raise over $35,000 for the OIA Scholarship Trust Fund . Thankful to all the Donors and Supporters; proud of our Scholarship Comm Members who worked tirelessly and put together a great program ; and to all Board members who helped raise funds . To our keynote speaker Prof Levon Marashlian as well . Tavit Samuelian for his wonderful performance and inspiring songs . At the end of the day we will be able to help more meritorious students and that is what it is all about !!! —
