We would like to inform you that this year AGBU Asbeds, in it’s annual signature event called “An Evening with a Scholar”, will be hosting a statesman, first Foreign Minister of Armenia, Raffi Hovannisian. The event will take place on November 4, 2010 at 8 PM at the AGBU MDS school auditorium in Canoga Park. 
The admission is free and a reception will follow the event on the school grounds. Raffi Hovannisian’s presentation will cover:          “Armenia, Between East and West:  The Challenges of Democracy, Sovereignty and National Interest.”
The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session.To cover the event expenses, the Asbeds are looking for sponsors.  All sponsors will be mentioned in the event booklet and will receive a signed copy of Garin Hovannisian’s [Raffi’s son’s] recently published book titled “Family of Shadows”.
Sponsorship is $100.00.
