Dear Friends

On behalf of OIA I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciations  for your devoted service to our organization.

We, The Board of Directors of OIA , desire to begin the formation process of a strong and promising Youth Committee (YGIA) and Hye Ties Committee as well as other related groups engaged in sports, music and cultural activities. While YGIA will concentrate of High School and College age members of our community; Hye Ties will continue to start at College Senior level and encompass the age group that is either in graduate school or early stages of career and family formation.

We ask you to participate in this process by providing us with names and  suggestions as to    young persons within  the age range of  16 and 35  that would  be eligible to become members of the above referenced committees. With the completion and the imminent formal opening of our new Center; we have the opportunity to celebrate the rebirth of our organization  whose long term success depends on a strong youth participation. The YGIA and HyeTies are two committees that will play an essential lead role in achieving our ultimate objectives.

I request that you please take  a moment and come up with some names to e-mail  to me,  (or call me with your recommendations), before  MONDAY JULY 19/2010 , so that we may send letter or call to them to invite to the meeting to be held on TUESDAY JULY 27, 2010 @ 8:30 pm in new center of Organization of Istanbul Armenians HRANT DINK LECTURE HALL  located  on 19726 Sherman Way Winnetka, CA 91306.
