ԴԱՍԱԽՕՍԱԿԱՆ ԵՐԵԿՈՅ:

Վերջերս վերակազմուած Պոլսահայ Միութեան Մխիթարեան Սանուց Յանձնախումբը կազմակերպած էր դասախօսական յաջող ձեռնարկ մը Ուրբաթ, Փետրուար 8, 2013ին որուն ներկայ եղան Գալիֆորնիոյ զանազան շրջաններէ տարբեր ծագում ունեցող  200ի մօտ հայեր:

Բացման խօսքով հանդէս եկաւ Մխիթարեան Վարժարանի Սանուց Յանձնախումբի ատենապետ՝ Էտի Սարաֆօղլու, որուն յաջորդեց օրուան հիւր՝ Մաշտոց Քոլէճի տնօրէն՝ Տոքթ. Կարպիս Տէր Եղիայեանին կենսագրականին ընթերցումը, զոր կատարեց Տիար Սերժ Պուլանըքեան (հայերէն) իսկ Տիկին Թալին Սարաֆօղլուն (անգլերէն): Ապա Պատուոյ հիւրը մէկ ու կէս ժամուան տեւողութեամբ սահիկներու ցուցադրութեամբ մանրամասնօրէն ներկայացուց Պատմական Հայաստանը եւ Կիլիկիան իրենց եկեղեցիներով եւ պատմական կառոյցներով: Դասախօսութեան յաջորդեց հարց պատասխանի պահ:

Տեղի ունեցաւ պատշաճ հիւրասիրութիւն, պատրաստուած Մխիթարեան Սանուց Յանձնախումբին կողմէ: Շնորհակալութիւն բոլորին ներկայութեան եւ օժանդակութեան համար:

LECTURE NIGHT:

The recently formed OIA Mekhitaryan Alumni Committee held a very successful event on Friday, February 8th 2013, attended by Armenians of many different origins.

Dr. Garbis Der Yeghiayan, President of Mashdots College in Glendale, was the Guest of Honor who had a slide show presentation of the HISTORIC ARMENIA AND CILICIA including some of the Churches and historic buildings of that area. The evening started with opening remarks of the MAC-Chairman Edi Sarafoglu, followed by Mr. Serge Bulanikian’s Armenian and Mrs Talin Sarafoglu’s English version of the biography of Dr. Der Yeghiayan. The Dr. then had a detailed slide presentation which took over an hour and after the presentation he offered Q and A to the close to 200 people who were present. The audience later enjoyed the small reception which was prepared by the MAC members. Thank you for all who attended the evening and their support.
