Any language is a part of human universal values, comprised in Human Rights.

The Western Armenian Language is in danger of speedy extinction.

It needs effective defence for the protection of its values as a spoken language.

This is a complex and difficult task, which can be efficiently tackled only by a multidisciplinary approach.

Among other fields, the defence should be carried out actively within appropriate international organizations, to which this petition will be addressed.
