The General Assembly of the OIA

met on Friday, February 27, 2009

at St. Peter Church’s “Yacoobian” Hall

Mrs. Nadya Barsamian presided over the proceedings

Mrs. Talin Yaylaoglu  acted as English secretary 

Dr. Ohannes Kulak Avedikyan served as Armenian secretary

It was decided to announce Mr. ONNIK BALYAN as

LIFETIME HONORARY MEMBER OF OIA

A loan proposal for the construction was suggested and was agreed and approved by all the attendees

The Board of Directors members’ names remained the same, a new member Mr. Sarkis Salgin was elected as (Alternate) in place of Mr. Onnik Kasapian
