OIA’s new bylaws

OIA Special General Assembly met on Tuesday 4/5/2011, presided over by Assembly Chairman Mirican Guregian. Amendments to the Bylaws that had been voted on in the form of a resolution; were approved in their final format. OIA's new bylaws are in effect and elections will be held on Tuesday 4/19/2011 to elect members to the newly formed Board of Trustees and Executive Committee.
