The General Assembly of the OIA met on February 29, 2008 at St. Peter Church’s “Yacoobian” Hall
Hagop Zerunian presided over the proceedings;
Mrs. Tilda Acilacoglu Minassian acted as the English secretary
Dr. Ohannes Kulak Avedikyan served as the Armenian secretary
It was decided to announce the following three members as LIFETIME HONORARY MEMBERS OF OIA

DR. ARTO ERSAN-HATCHERIAN
and POET VARTERES KARAGOZIAN
