OIA Special General Assembly met on Tuesday 4/5/2011, presided over by Assembly Chairman Mirican Guregian. Amendments to the Bylaws that had been voted on in the form of a resolution; were approved in their final format. OIA's new bylaws are in effect and elections will be held on Tuesday 4/19/2011 to elect members to the newly formed Board of Trustees and Executive Committee.

CORRECTION     We have inadvertently listed the donation amount of our dear member Mr. & Mrs. Harry Chakarian's pledge as $ 1,000 in the Appreciation dinner booklet, which should have been $ 3,000. This was an obvious oversight on our part. We have corrected this error in our system.  We express our sincere apology.
